摘  要:超临界二氧化碳布雷顿发电循环中压缩机的气动性能与其工质独特物性变化规律密不可分,准确的性能测试技术和评估方法尤为关键。本文参照ASME PTC-10标准首先探讨S-CO_(2)压缩机替代性试验的可能性,通过不同替代方案的分析得出工质和亚临界工况替代测试对S-CO_(2)压缩机性能估算的不适用性;其次分析在近设计点测试时,进口参数变化对工况稳定性及测量精度的影响。最后以5 MW发电系统中压缩机设计案例,提出可行的测试方案建议,以达到降低测试成本和难度的目的。基于该研究可以为S-CO_(2)压缩机开发过程中准确的性能测试提供参考。The aerodynamic performance of supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_(2))compressor in Brayton power generation cycle is closely related to its special gas properties,and the accurate performance testing technique and evaluation method are particularly critical.According to the Standard of ASME PTC-10,this paper first discusses the possibility of S-CO_(2)compressor substitute test,and concludes the inapplicability of substitute gases and subcritical conditions test to S-CO_(2)compressor performance estimation by analyzing the calculation results of different alternative tests.Secondly,the influence of compressor inlet parameters change on the stability of conditions and measurement accuracy is analyzed when the test is near the design or critical point.Finally,based on the compressor design case of 5 MW power generation system,the paper proposes that the usage of reduced-scale machine or key flow parts test to decrease the test cost and difficulty.Based on this research,it can provide reference for the accurate performance test of S-CO_(2)compressor in the development process.
