传统痔切除术与吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察传统痔切除术与吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔的疗效。方法:将2021年8月至2023年6月我院收治的痔患者380例随机分为传统组和环切组,每组190例。传统组患者采用传统痔切除术治疗,环切组患者采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果:环切组患者治疗总有效率高于传统组(P<0.05);环切组患者术中出血量、手术时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间均少于或短于传统组(P<0.05);环切组患者并发症发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:相比于传统痔切除术,吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗痔疗效显著,具有术中出血量少,手术时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间短,术后并发症发生率低等优点。Objective To observe the efficacy of traditional hemorrhoidectomy and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 380 patients with hemor-rhoids admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into traditional group and PPH group,190 cases in each group.Patients in the traditional group received traditional hemor-rhoidectomy,and patients in the PPH group were treated with PPH.The efficacy,operative indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the PPH group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,opera-tion time,wound healing time and hospital stay in the PPH group were less or shorter than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the PPH group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional hemorrhoidectomy,PPH is effec-tive in the treatment of hemorrhoids,and has the advantages of less intraoperative blood loss,shorter oper-ative time,wound healing time and hospital stay,and lower incidence of postoperative complications.
