肛泰软膏联合肛泰栓在混合痔术后的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肛泰软膏联合肛泰栓在混合痔术后的应用效果。方法:将60例混合痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。2组患者均采用外剥内扎术治疗。对照组患者术后采用肛泰栓治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用肛泰软膏治疗,10 d为1个疗程。比较2组患者术后的应用效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出血停止时间、分泌物消失时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛泰软膏联合肛泰栓用于混合痔术后患者,可明显减轻疼痛,促进创面愈合,疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of Gangtai Ointment combined with Gangtai Suppository in the treatment of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 60 patients with mixed hemor-rhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The control group was treated with Gangtai Suppository after operation,and the observation group received Gangtai Ointment on the ba-sis of the treatment of the control group,10 days as a course of treatment.The effect of postoperative ap-plication was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Bleeding cessation time,secretion disappear-ance time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and pain scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gan-gtai Ointment combined with Gangtai Suppository in the treatment of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids can significantly reduce pain and promote wound healing,with significant effect.
