摘　　要：内蒙古青年政治学院图书馆位于校园东北一隅,由闲置燃煤锅炉房改造而成。需要改造部分的建筑面积为991m^(2),改造后建筑面积1951m^(2)锅炉房作为工业建筑,带给人以疏离感,而图书馆则被希望具有温馨的人文氛围,设计师希望运用统合理念解决既有建筑现状与再利用目标之间存在的突出矛盾。The Inner Mongolia Youth College of Political Science Library resides in northeast corner of campus after being repurposed from an abandoned coal-fired boiler house.Renovated area spans 1,951m^(2)out of total 991m^(2)available.While industrial origins evoke detachment at former site's ambiance contrasted against envisioned warm humanistic setting for new library establishment;design aims resolve prominent.disparity between existing structure status&intended reuse through unified rational approach.
