海岛民宿建筑地域适应性改造策略——以舟山民宿群为例

摘　　要：舟山群岛是中国东南沿海的典型岛屿群,丰富的旅游资源催生当地民宿产业的发展,但是传统的海岛建筑面临着现代化需求和旅游业发展带来的挑战,许多旧有的建筑无法满足游客的舒适和便利需求,缺少科学的营建策略导引带来了民宿空间格局上的诸多问题。本文以舟山当地的民宿功能策划、场地入口、装修风格、客房等不同空间的调研实地成果与图纸资料为研究基础,归纳其功能、空间以及结构设计上的过人之处。结合各民宿间设计的共通点进行进一步提炼,针对民宿空间入口、民宿门厅、民宿餐饮空间、民宿客房空间和民宿梯下空间阐述设计要点,形成针对海岛民宿建筑地域适应性的改造策略,并在实际改造案例中进行验证,本文对同类型建筑的改造具有指导意义。Zhoushan Islands is a typical island group in the southeast coast of China.Rich tourism resources have promoted the development of local homestays industry.However,traditional island buildings are faced with challenges brought by modernization needs and tourism development.Many old buildings cannot meet the needs of tourists for comfort and convenience.Based on the research results and drawings of Zhoushan's local B&B functional planning,site entrance,decoration style,guest rooms and other different Spaces,this paper summarizes its advantages in function,space and structural design.Combined with the common points of B&B design,this paper further summarizes the design points of B&B space entrance,B&B foyer,B&B dining space,B&B room space and space under the B&B ladder,forms a transformation strategy for the geographical adaptability of island B&B buildings,and proves it in actual transformation cases.This paper has guiding significance for the transformation of the same type of buildings.
