摘　　要：西藏独特的高原气候、地形地貌、资源环境孕育了极具人文价值和地域特色的藏式民居,但在西藏地区旅游产业的快速发展背景下正在经历变迁和演进。本文以西藏著名旅游村庄山南市扎西曲登村为研究对象,探讨了旅游产业驱动下藏式民居的演进特征。通过现场实测和问卷调查等方式,厘清了藏式民居在建筑功能属性、空间布局、空间核心、营建方式、色彩装饰等方面的演进特征,并对旅游业驱动下的藏式民居演进机制进行了分析。根据相应的演进特征和演进机制,为藏式民居在旅游业未来发展情形下健康、科学发展提供参考。Tibet's unique plateau climate,topography,and resource environment have nurtured Xizang houses with great humanistic value and regional characteristics,but they are undergoing changes and evolution in the context of the rapid development of the tourism industry in the Xizang region.This paper takes the famous tourist village of Zhaxi Qudeng Village in Shannan City of Tibet as the research object,and explores the evolution characteristics of Xizang-style houses driven by the tourism industry.Through on-site measurements and questionnaire surveys,the evolutionary characteristics of Xizang-style houses in terms of architectural functional attributes,spatial layout,spatial cores,camping methods,colour decorations,etc.are clarified,and the mechanism of the evolution of Xizang-style houses under the drive of the tourism industry is analysed.According to the corresponding evolution characteristics and evolution mechanism,it provides reference for the healthy and scientific development of Xizang-style houses in the future development situation of tourism.
