摘 要:普朗尼克(Pluronic)是一种两亲性三嵌段共聚物,因其良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,常以胶束、混合胶束、囊泡和凝胶等形态用作药物递送载体。在Pluronic表面修饰各种靶向配体如叶酸、转铁蛋白、透明质酸、核酸适配体和抗体等,可显著增强药物的生物利用度和靶向治疗效果。本文对以Pluronic为载体的靶向型药物递送体系的研究现状进行了综述,旨在为Pluronic在靶向药物载体的开发与应用提供参考。Pluronic is an amphiphilic triblock copolymer that is commonly used as a drug delivery vehicle in the form of micelles,hybrid micelles,vesicles and gels due to its good biocompatibility and biodegradability.Modification of Pluronic surface with various targeting ligands such as folic acid,transferrin,hyaluronic acid,nucleic acid aptamers and antibodies have significantly enhanced drug bioavailability and targeted therapeutic effects.In this paper,the current research status of targeted drug delivery system using Pluronic as a carrier is reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for the development and application of Pluronic in targeted drug carriers.
