相变蓄能地板蓄释热特性研究

摘  要:提出一种在地板内设置蓄热管(管内封装相变材料)的相变蓄能地板。采用模拟方法,筛选相变材料、蓄热管布置方式,比较相变蓄能地板与传统地板(未设置蓄热管)在蓄热阶段的传热性能。相变材料包括石蜡、六水氯化钙、十水硫酸钠。保持相变材料用量基本一致,4种蓄热管布置方式的蓄热管布置数量为2~5。综合考虑释热阶段地板表面温度稳定期、地板表面热流密度、地板表面辐射传热量占比等因素,相变材料选取石蜡。在相变材料用量一定的前提下,综合考虑地板表面温度分布均匀性、加工难度、地板表面热流密度等因素,选取布置方式2。与传统地板相比,蓄热管加强蓄热阶段相变蓄能地板的传热能力。A phase change energy storage floor with heat storage pipes(encapsulated with phase change materials)installed inside the floor is proposed.The simulation method is used to screen the phase-change materials and heat storage tube arrangements,and the heat transfer performance of phasechange energy storage floor and traditional floor(without heat storage tube)during the heat storage stage is compared.Phase-change materials include paraffin,calcium chloride hexahydrate and sodium sulfate decahydrate.The dosage of phase-change materials is basically the same,and the number of heat storage tubes in the four types of heat storage tube arrangements is 2-5.Paraffin is selected as the phase-change material by comprehensive considering factors such as the stable period of floor surface temperature,the heat flux density of floor surface,and the proportion of radiant heat transfer on the floor surface during the heat release stage.Under the premise of a certain amount of phase change material,considering factors such as the uniformity of temperature distribution on the floor surface,processing difficulty,and heat flux density on the floor surface,layout method 2 is selected.Compared with traditional floor,heat storage pipes enhance the heat transfer ability of phase change energy storage floor during the heat storage stage.
