摘  要:以北京市延庆区2间未安装空调装置的单层临时建筑为实验对象,对围护结构进行节能改造,对比屋顶、地板、外窗、屋顶喷淋改造对夏季室内热环境的影响。更换为蓝色带屋檐的防水屋顶后,由于屋檐的遮阳作用,午间临时建筑室内温度有所下降。提升地板保温性和气密性不利于改善夏季室内热环境。缩小外窗面积、粘贴LoW-E膜有助于提高夏季室内热舒适性。在太阳辐照度较高时,屋顶喷淋对降低室内温度的效果明显。在太阳辐照度较低时,屋顶喷淋对降低室内温度的效果并不明显。在相似室外环境条件下,与节能改造前相比,节能改造后临时建筑的室内温度降低11.3℃,降幅达24.6%。对临时建筑进行节能改造、引入被动式技术能有效降低夏季室内温度,提升热舒适性。Using two single story temporary buildings without air conditioning installed in Yanqing District,Beijing as experimental objects,energy-saving renovation was carried out on the enclosure structure,and the effects of roof,floor,exterior window and roof sprinkler renovation on the indoor thermal environment in summer were compared.After replacing with a blue waterproof roof with eaves,the indoor temperature of the temporary building decreases at noon due to the shading effect of the eaves.Improving the thermal insulation and air tightness of the floor is not conducive to improving the indoor thermal environment in summer.Reducing the area of exterior windows and attaching Low-E film can help improve the indoor thermal comfort in summer.When the solar irradiance is high,the effect of roof spraying on reducing the indoor temperature is obvious.When the solar iradiance is low,the effect of roof spraying on reducing the indoor temperature is not obvious.Under similar outdoor environmental conditions,compared to before the energy-saving renovation,the indoor temperature of temporary buildings after the energy-saving renovation is decreased by 11.3℃,a decrease of 24.6%.The energy-saving renovation of temporary buildings and the introduction of passive technology can effectively reduce indoor temperature in summer and improve the thermal comfort.
