摘　　要：以实际工程为例,分析D720×7.0和D630×7.0的老旧燃气管道水平净距不足、腐蚀穿孔、埋深不足隐患的不停输改造方式。对于水平净距不足的管道,可通过短距离不停输封堵(单封)方式,采用原位换管改造。对于腐蚀穿孔的管道,可通过长距离不停输封堵(双封)方式,采用同沟敷设改造。对于埋深不足的管道,如果具备征地和不停输移动作业条件,选择不停输移动方法改造比较经济;对于征地协调难度大,或施工期要求比较短情况,宜选择不停输封堵方法改造。Taking an actual project as an example,the under-pressure renovation methods for the hidden dangers of insufficient horizontal clearance,corrosion perforation and insufficient burial depth of old gas pipelines in D720×7.0 and D630×7.0 are analyzed.For the pipelines with insufficient horizontal clearance,they can be renovated by short-distance under-pressure plugging(single plugging)method and in-situ pipe replacement.For the corroded and perforated pipelines,they can be renovated by long-distance under-pressure plugging(double plugging)and laying in the same ditch.For pipelines with insufficient burial depth,if the land requisition conditions are available and the conditions of under-pressure movement operation are available,it is more economical to choose the under-pressure movement method for renovation;For situations where land acquisition coordination is difficult or the construction period is relatively short,it is advisable to choose the method of the under-pressure plugging for renovation.
