大跨度开切眼空顶距与支护技术研究

摘　　要：开切眼作为工作面回采流程中的关键部分,不仅是回采设备的安装场所,更是回采作业的起始点。相较于其他类型巷道,开切眼通常具有更大的断面跨度(大于6 m),这增加了顶板冒落等风险,进而对煤矿的正常生产、井下设备的稳定运行及工作人员的安全构成威胁。因此确定大跨度开切眼一次成巷的合理空顶距、空顶区临时支护和永久支护,对于提升开切眼的掘进效率和围岩稳定性至关重要。对于薄煤层开切眼,为满足综采设备安装尺寸需求,需要进行割顶成巷,其围岩稳定性及控制研究具有一定的特点。综合采用现场地质调研、实验室测试、理论分析、数值模拟及现场工业性试验等综合研究方法对凉水井煤矿4-4薄煤层431402工作面开切眼进行研究,着重研究分析合理空顶距、空顶区临时支护、锚杆索永久支护。As a key part of the mining process in the working face,the cutting eye is not only the installation place of the mining equipment,but also the starting point of the mining operation.Compared with other types of roadway,the cutting eye usually has a larger section span(greater than 6 m),which increases the risk of roof falling,which in turn poses a threat to the normal production of coal mine,the stable operation of underground equipment and the safety of workers.Therefore,it is very important to determine the reasonable empty top distance,temporary support and permanent support of the large-span cutting eye for the first time to improve the efficiency of the cutting eye and the stability of surrounding rock.For the cutting eye of thin coal seam,in order to meet the installation size requirements of fully mechanized mining equipment,it is necessary to cut the roof into a roadway,and the surrounding rock stability and control research has certain characteristics.The cutting eye of 431402 working face of 4-4 thin coal seam in Liangshuijing coal mine was studied by comprehensive research methods such as field geological investigation,laboratory test,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field industrial test.The research focuses on the analysis of reasonable empty top distance,temporary support of empty head area and permanent support of anchor cable.
