摘　　要：链条作为刮板输送机的核心部件,其松紧状态是链传动系统能否正常高效工作的前提,其可靠性直接影响到装备的运行连续性。为实现链条始终保持理想的张紧状态,现有刮板输送机链条预紧力的调整主要是通过由液压油缸、伸缩机尾、控制器等组成的链条自动张紧控制系统,采用压力控制策略、压力-位移控制策略及负载跟随控制策略,实现链条松紧程度的调节。对现有链条的自动张紧控制策略进行了解析,分析了不同控制策略的应用效果,探讨了未来刮板输送链条自动张紧控制策略的研究方向。As the core component of the scraper conveyor,the tightness of the chain is the premise of whether the chain drive system can work normally and efficiently,and the reliability of the chain directly affects the operation continuity of the equipment.In order to realize that the chain always maintains an ideal tension state,the adjustment of the preload force of the existing scraper conveyor chain is mainly through the chain automatic tensioning control system composed of hydraulic cylinder,telescopic tail,controller,etc.,and pressure control strategy,pressure-displacement control strategy and load following control strategy are adopted to realize the adjustment of chain tightness.The automatic tensioning control strategy of the existing chain was analyzed,the application effect of different control strategies was analyzed,and the research direction of the automatic tensioning control strategy of scraper conveyor chain in the future was discussed.
