摘 要:两臂锚杆钻车的特点为体积小、整机灵活机动,与传统的四臂、六臂锚杆钻车相比机身较短,但是锚护巷道断面不变。在锚护作业时,整机重心存在偏前的突出问题,甚至会引发向前倾覆的危险。提出一种智能电液控制升降平台与两臂锚杆钻车相配套,根据锚护定位要求,通过智能化电液控制系统调节,实现对锚护钻臂的智能化精准竖直升降,可解决两臂锚杆钻车由于整机机动性与灵活性要求整机钻臂长度尺寸受限条件下钻臂提升高度不能受限的问题,避免了整机倾覆的危险。The two arm anchor rod drilling vehicle is characterized by its small volume,flexible and mobile whole machine.Compared with traditional four arm and six arm anchor rod drilling vehicles,the body of the vehicle is shorter.However,the section of the anchor protection roadway remains unchanged.During the anchor protection operation,the center of gravity of the entire machine has a protrusion problem of move forward,and may even cause the danger of forward overturning.Proposed an intelligent electro-hydraulic control lifting platform that is matched with a two arm anchor rod drilling vehicle.According to the requirements of anchor positioning,the intelligent electro-hydraulic control system is adjusted to achieve intelligent and accurate vertical lifting of the anchor rod drilling arm.This can solve the problem that the lifting height of the drill arm cannot be restricted under the condition of limited length and size of the entire drill arm due to the requirements of the whole machine mobility and flexibility,and avoid the danger of the whole machine overturning.
