摘 要:针对煤矿井下炮掘工作面钻孔施工过程中产尘量大、尘源点多、严重威胁作业人员身体健康和作业场所安全生产的问题,提出采用液动除尘器进行粉尘治理。通过对该除尘器抽风量、吸尘罩安装距离、吸尘罩安装高度与降尘效果之间的关系进行试验研究,得到其配套工艺参数。现场测试表明,该除尘器与钻机液压系统配套使用运行平稳、可靠,移动方便。炮掘工作面使用该除尘器后,距迎头5 m处巷道内总粉尘降尘效率达82%以上,有效改善了工作面的作业环境。In view of the problems of large amount of dust and many dust sources in the process of drilling in the blasting excavation face of coal mine,which seriously threaten the health of workers and the safety of production in the workplace,put forward using hydraulic dust remover for dust control.Through the experimental study of the relationship between the suction volume of this dust collector,the installation distance of the dust collector,the installation height of the dust collector and the dust reduction effect,the matching process parameters were obtained.The field test shows that running of this dust remover used in conjunction with the hydraulic system of the drilling rig are stable,reliable and easy to move.After using this dust remover in the blasting excavation face,the total dust reduction efficiency in the roadway 5 m away from the head is more than 82%,which effectively improves the working environment of the working face.
