摘 要:输送带修补点凸起、翻边等表面缺陷严重影响其安全稳定运行,现有的视觉监测方法受环境影响较大。考虑到带式输送机大部分安装有清扫器,同时根据输送带表面缺陷碰撞清扫器刮刀产生冲击振动的机理,提出了基于清扫器振动信号的输送带缺陷定位方法。首先同步采集刮刀振动信号和输送带运行速度信号,依据输送带的运行速度和刮刀振动峰值点时间,同时考虑输送带速度的变化过程和停车时的降速规律,计算停车后输送带各个缺陷点与刮刀的相对位置,并对误差进行分析。经实测,缺陷位置误差均在允许范围内。与现有图像监测方法相比,该方法对运行环境要求较低。Surface defects such as convex repair point and flanging of conveyor belt seriously affect its safe and stable operation,and the existing visual monitoring methods are greatly affected by the environment.Considering that most belt conveyors are installed with sweeper,and according to the mechanism of impact vibration caused by the scraper of the sweeper,a method of conveyor belt defect location based on the vibration signal of the sweeper was proposed.Firstly,the vibration of the scraper and the running speed of the conveyor belt were collected synchronically.According to the running speed of the conveyor belt and the time of the scraper peak vibration point,the relative position of every defect point and the scraper was calculated according to the changing process of the conveyor belt speed and the law of slowing down during stopping,and the error was analyzed.Through the actual measurement,the defect points error is within the allowable range.Compared with the existing image monitoring method,this method has lower requirements on the operating environment.
