水性木器涂料的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种木器用高硬度、漆膜效果优异的水性木器漆涂料,试验通过优选聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液为成膜物,以二丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇正丁醚混合液为成膜助剂,再加入碳酸钙、钛白粉颜填料补强,以此配方制得的木器涂料铅笔硬度为2H、附着力为0级,漆膜光泽度高、丰满,完全能够满足建材家装市场需求。A waterborne wood paint with high hardness and excellent film effect for wood was introduced.Through the experiment,polyurethane modified acrylic lotion was selected as the film forming substance,the mixture of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether was used as the film forming agent,and calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide powder filler were added to strengthen the film.The wood paint with hardness value of 2H,adhesion of O grade,high gloss and plump film was prepared by this formula,Fully able to meet the demand of the building materials and home decoration market.
