摘　　要：Currently,how to organically combine intelligent inspection and monitoring technologies,unmanned robotic operation technologies,IoT technologies,AI and digital twin technologies to construct a comprehensive and efficient intelligent management and maintenance system for infrastructure has become a hot issue of common concern in the academic and industrial fields.It is also an inevitable requirement for promoting the development of certain fields like smart urban and rural areas,safe cities,smart road networks,and intelligent transportation.
