摘 要:在过去的20年里,低温治疗已成为中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)最重要的治疗手段;但因为HIE分度评估方法的不统一和临床医生积极治疗的意愿,低温治疗现在正越来越普遍地被用于轻度HIE患儿。同时,由于缺乏对于超指征治疗的有效性和安全性的了解,随之而来的是人们对于这种现状的担忧。现在正在进行的大型多中心随机对照试验可能在未来改变这样的现状。Over the past two decades,therapeutic hypothermia has been the most important treatment for moderate to severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).However,due to the lack of uniformity in the grading assessment methods for HIE and the willingness of clinicians to actively treat,therapeutic hypothermia is now being increasingly implemented in infants with mild HIE.At the same time,owing to the insufficient knowledge regarding the effectiveness and safety of treatment beyond the established indications,concerns about this situation have been arisen.The ongoing large-scale multi-center randomized controlled trial may change this situation in the future.
