摘  要:敌草快(diquat,DQ)中毒引起的神经系统损伤在临床较为常见。影像学资料表明,神经系统损伤主要发生于脑干。因中毒机制尚不清楚,目前无特效解毒剂。本文就中国医科大学附属盛京医院急诊科收治的2例DQ中毒所致神经损伤病例,结合DQ中毒的最新研究进展,探讨DQ中毒神经系统损伤机制和影像学特点,为DQ中毒机制研究提供新的途径,为制定DQ中毒治疗策略提供参考。Nerve damage caused by diquat(DQ)poisoning is frequently encountered in clinic.The imaging results of these cases showed that the nervous system damage was concentrated in the brain stem.However,the specific mechanism underlying DQ poisoning remains unclear,and no specific antidote is currently available for clinical use.In this paper,the imaging characteristics and mechanism of DQ poisoning were discussed in combination with two cases of DQ poisoning and the latest research progress of DQ poisoning.By shedding light on the neurological damage associated with DQ poisoning,we aim to enhance understanding of this condition,offer new perspectives on its underlying mechanisms,and lay the groundwork for developing effective treatment strategies.
