基于CICARE的精细化护理对宫颈癌患者术后抑郁及焦虑的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于CICARE的精细化护理对宫颈癌患者术后抑郁及焦虑的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月在徐州医科大学附属医院接受手术的90例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采用基于CICARE的精细化护理干预,比较两组患者术后恢复情况、抑郁及焦虑情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我效能及生活质量。结果护理前,两组之间在SAS评分、SDS评分、自我效能及生活质量方面差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后,观察组在首次排气时间、首次下床时间、首次排便时间、住院时间、SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组在自我效能及生活质量评分方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于CICARE的精细化护理对宫颈癌患者术后的恢复、抑郁及焦虑情绪、自我效能和生活质量均有积极的促进作用,值得进一步推广应用。ObjectiveTo explore the impact of precision nursing based on CICARE on postoperative depression and anxiety in patients with cervical cancer.MethodsA total of 90 cervical cancer patients who underwent surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received precision nursing care based on the CICARE model.The postoperative recovery,depression and anxiety[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in SAS score,SDS score,self-efficacy and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the first exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed,the first defecation time,the length of hospital stay,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsPrecision nursing based on CICARE has a positive effect on postoperative recovery,depression and anxiety emotions,self-efficacy,and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer and is worth further promotion and application.
