摘　　要：目的探讨SHEL模式在医院消化内镜中心护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法选取吉林省某三级甲等综合型医院消化内镜中心,基于SHEL模式实施护理风险管理,包括风险识别、分析、处理和评价4个阶段。比较干预前后护理风险发生频次、护理质量以及患者满意度情况。结果干预后,护理风险发生频次较干预前降低,护理质控得分提升,患者满意度提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于SHEL模式进行护理风险管理,能够有效分析解决消化内镜中心的护理风险问题,充分提高护理质量,保障安全的同时改善患者的就医感受,为医疗机构其他科室管理提供参考。ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of SHEL model in nursing risk management of digestive endoscopy center in hospital.MethodsThe digestive endoscopy center of a tertiary A comprehensive hospital in Jilin Province was selected to implement nursing risk management based on SHEL model,including four stages of risk identification,analysis,treatment and evaluation.The frequency of nursing risk,quality of nursing and patient satisfaction before and after intervention were compared.ResultsAfter intervention,the frequency of nursing risk decreased compared with that before intervention,nursing quality control score increased,and patient satisfaction increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionsNursing risk management based on SHEL model can effectively analyze and solve nursing risk problems in digestive endoscopy center,fully improve nursing quality,ensure safety and improve patients'medical feelings,and provide reference for the management of other departments in medical institutions.
