摘  要:高质量发展是新时代国际中文教育转型发展的重要方向,是一种以发展为第一要务,以解决问题、满足需求为导向,以提升效益和效率为主要衡量标准的综合发展。新发展阶段,国际中文教育要以提升效益和效率为目标,以解决突出问题、满足多样化需求为重点。我国作为中文母语国,应责无旁贷引领国际中文教育高质量发展,提高服务质量。在推动国际中文教育高质量发展的进程中,应坚持发展先行,注重质量与规模协调发展、集成创新发展、规范发展、学业事业产业一体发展,以更好地满足全球中文学习者多样化需求,积极践行构建人类命运共同体的使命。High-quality development serves as a fundamental priority for the transformation and advancement of international Chinese language education in the new era.It embodies a comprehensive approach that prioritizes development,guided by problem-solving and needs-meeting,with efficiency and benefit enhancement as the key measurement criteria.In this new development stage,international Chinese language education should strive to elevate both effectiveness and efficiency,with a focus on tackling salient issues and catering to diverse,current needs.As the mother tongue country of Chinese,China has an unshirkable responsibility to spearhead the high-quality development of international Chinese language education and enhance service quality.To propel this high-quality development,we must adhere to the principle of prioritizing development.It is imperative to emphasize the balanced growth of both quality and scale,integrate innovative development strategies,establish standardized practices,and foster the holistic development encompassing academic,professional,and industrial aspects.By doing so,we can better serve the diverse Chinese language needs of global learners and actively contribute to the mission of building a global community with a shared future.
