摘 要:本文探讨饮食指导对脆性骨折患者康复及生活质量的影响,旨在为脆性骨折患者的饮食管理提供理论支持和指导建议。选取脆性骨折患者作为研究对象,进行随机分组,实验组给予科学的饮食指导,对照组则维持常规饮食。通过对比两组患者的骨折愈合情况、生活质量等指标,评估饮食指导的效果。结果显示,实验组患者的骨折愈合速度显著快于对照组,且生活质量得到明显提升。这表明科学的饮食指导对脆性骨折患者的康复及生活质量提升具有积极影响。The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of dietary guidance on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with fragility fracture,and to provide theoretical support and guidance for the dietary management of patients with fragility fracture.Patients with fragility fracture were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was given scientific dietary guidance,and the control group was maintained regular diet.The effect of dietary guidance was evaluated by comparing the fracture healing and quality of life of the two groups.The results showed that the fracture healing rate of the experimental group was significantly faster than that of the control group,and the quality of life was significantly improved.This indicates that scientific dietary guidance has a positive impact on the recovery and quality of life of patients with fragility fractures.
