摘 要:20世纪80年代末期,公共建筑中央空调溴化锂机组的应用飞速发展,主要原因是溴化锂机组可利用燃料燃烧产生的热量或工业余热进行制冷制热,避免了因经济快速增长用电短缺的困境。但随着中央空调技术的发展,其相对溴化锂机组设备性能更高效的非吸收式设备,在公共建筑中安全事故风险、设备用房空间、设备能效提升、能源运行费用、环保政策要求、建筑功能适配等均优于溴化锂机组而受到广泛推广,因此对公共建筑中央空调溴化锂机组进行节能改造是正确的绿色发展方向。基于某公共建筑溴化锂机组节能改造实际案例,对节能量和经济性进行了计算和分析。In the late 1980s,the application of lithium bromide units in central air conditioning in public buildings developed rapidly.The main reason was that the lithium bromide units could use the heat generated by fuel combustion or industrial waste heat for cooling and heating,avoiding the dilemma of power shortage due to rapid economic growth.However,with the development of central air-conditioning technology,non-absorbent equipment,which has more efficient performance than lithium bromide units,has been widely promoted in public buildings in terms of safety accident risks,equipment room space,equipment energy efficiency improvement,energy operating costs,environmental protection policy requirements,and building function adaptation are better than lithium bromide units.Therefore,energy saving renovation of central air-conditioning lithium bromide units in public buildings is the right green development direction.Based on the actual case of energy saving renovation of a lithium bromide unit in a public building,the energy saving amount and economy are calculated and analyzed.
