印度棉筒子纱改性上染性能提升

摘　　要：在相同染料用量、相同工艺下染色时,新疆棉得色深而印度棉得色明显浅。为了解决此问题,对染色前处理工艺进行研究,着重考察烧碱对染色深度提升的影响,对新疆棉和印度棉之间的差异进行分析;同时采用改性剂对印度棉嫁接阳性基团,使染色深度得到有效的提升。With the same amount of dye and the same process,Xinjiang cotton gets deep color while In⁃dian cotton gets light color.In order to solve this problem,the pretreatment process of dyeing was studied,the influence of caustic soda on the improvement of dyeing depth was investigated,and the differences be⁃tween Xinjiang cotton and Indian cotton was analyzed.At the same time,after grafting positive groups on Indi⁃an cotton with modifiers,the dyeing depth was effectively improved.
