改善涂料印花折痕褪色的方法探析和实践

摘  要:对家纺涂料印花面料折痕褪色问题的原因进行分析,通过实验分析可知,臭氧、温度、湿度共同作用是产生问题的主要原因。根据以上因素,通过家用消毒柜(臭氧质量分数大于等于40×10^(-6))进行测试对比,更加合理地模拟涂料印花产生折痕褪色的环境。进一步对印花工艺配方、柔软整理配方等进行分析对比,调整黏合剂为SDF-7,印花色浆中添加SDF-1固色交联剂,使用脂肪酸类柔软剂进行柔软整理,并优选涂料K-B蓝、K-BG蓝,使用合理的模拟测试方法(温度、湿度、臭氧共同作用)进行检测,耐臭氧氧化性能可达4级及以上,以此提升家纺涂料印花面料的耐折痕褪色性能。The causes of crease fading of home textile pigment printing fabrics were analyzed.Through experimental analysis,it could be seen that ozone,temperature and humidity were the main causes of the problem.According to the above factors,the home disinfection cabinet(ozone greater than or equal to 40×10^(-6))was tested and compared to more reasonably simulate the environment where paint printing produced creases and fades.Furthermore,the printing process formula and softener formula were analyzed and com⁃pared.The adhesive was adjusted to SDF-7,the color fixing cross-linking agent SDF-1 was added to the printing paste,the softener was softened with fatty acid softener,and K-B blue and K-BG blue were pre⁃ferred.The reasonable simulation test method(temperature,humidity and ozone combined action)was used for testing,the ozone oxidation resistance could reach level 4 or above,so as to improve the crease resis⁃tance of the printed fabric of home textile coatings.
