摘　　要：十余年丝路辉煌共建能源命运共同体,中国与中亚共谱能源合作制度华章。一系列协议构建合作法律基石,同时,共建合作机制促进了区域能源政策协调的深化。与之相随,也面临着中亚国家内外部条件挑战、能源争端解决机制未完善等问题。对此,应进一步强化多边合作机制,构建多层次的能源政策协调机制,探索成立区域性能源合作组织和区域能源争端解决协调中心。积极参与全球能源治理体系的构建和改革,中国应发挥在全球可再生能源领域的优势,加强能源资源开发与环境保护协同管理,以实现更加绿色、低碳和可持续的能源合作新范式。For more than ten years,the Silk Road has successfully built an energy community with a shared future,and China and Central Asia have jointly established an energy cooperation system.A series of agreements have established the legal foundation of cooperation,and at the same time,the cooperation mechanism platform has promoted the deepening of regional energy policy coordination.At the same time,the Central Asian countries are also facing challenges from internal and external factors,and is not yet perfected.In this regard,we should further strengthen the multilateral cooperation mechanism,build a multi-level energy policy coordination mechanism,and explore the establishment of regional energy cooperation organizations and regional energy dispute settlement coordination centers.To actively participate in the construction and reform of the global energy governance system,China should give full play to its advantages in the field of global renewable energy,strengthen the coordinated management of energy resource development and environmental protection,so as to achieve a new paradigm of greener,low-carbon and sustainable energy cooperation.
