摘　　要：天然气项目产业链长,环节多,工艺复杂,完整构建整条产业链的投资大、风险高。通常情况下,天然气项目的所有投资者共同持有全产业链,通过共担投资和风险、共享收益的模式,实现天然气资源的价值变现。本文围绕拉美极具特色的秘鲁雨林地区卡米塞阿天然气项目,梳理其产业链各环节的相关设施及所有者,分析投资者如何通过与其他参与方签署商务协议串联各环节,打通整条产业链,低投资低风险实现项目商业开发与合作共赢,总结卡米塞阿项目形成的原因及产业链投资者的策略选择。The natural gas project industry chain is long,with multiple sectors and complex processes.The investment and risk of constructing an entire natural gas project industry chain are high.Normally,all investors in natural gas projects jointly hold the entire industry chain to achieve the value realization of natural gas resources through a mode of shared investment,risk,and benefits.This article focuses on the unique Camisea natural gas project of the Peru rainforest region in Latin America and outlines the relevant facilities and owners of each sector along the industry chain.It analyzes how investors connected various sectors through signing business agreements with other participants to open up the entire industry chain and achieved project commercial development and win-win cooperation with low investment and low risk.Then the reasons for the formation of the Camisea mode and the strategic choices of industry chain investors are summarized.
