摘  要:兔产业是我国畜牧业的重要组成部分,也是构建多元化食物供给体系的关键环节。文章从家兔传统育种与分子育种两个方面出发,归纳总结了2022年国内外家兔遗传育种与繁殖相关研究的进展,发现国外的研究方向侧重于群体遗传多样性及繁殖性能的分子遗传机制,国内开展的家兔遗传育种与繁殖研究内容相较国外则更加丰富,传统育种包括自然选择及环境效应,分子育种则涉及品种与遗传多样性、生长发育、繁殖性能及皮毛性状等方面。文章旨在为家兔的育种研究和生产提供参考。Rabbit industry is an important part of animal husbandry in China,and it is also a key link in constructing diversified food supply system.This paper summarized the progress of domestic and foreign research on rabbit genetic breeding and reproduction in 2022 from the aspects of traditional breeding and molecular breeding.It was found that foreign research focused on the molecular genetic mechanism of population genetic diversity and reproductive performance,and the content of domestic studies on rabbit genetic breeding and reproduction is more abundant than that of foreign countries.Traditional breeding involved natural selection and environmental effects,while molecular breeding involved variety and genetic diversity,growth and development,reproductive performance and fur traits.The purpose of this review was to provide reference for breeding research and production of domestic rabbits.
