摘  要:非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)是一种具有二十面体多层结构的大型双链DNA病毒,基因组庞大并编码多种蛋白质,其中多数基因的功能尚不完全清楚。通过敲除单个或多个基因研究基因功能及不同基因之间的相互作用关系是目前常用的研究ASFV的方法之一。文章梳理了近年来不同基因敲除后ASFV的细胞适应性、体外复制能力、细胞因子表达的变化,以及不同基因缺失病毒与亲本毒株在侵染细胞和感染动物致病力方面的差异,接种动物后产生的免疫反应等,总结了各个缺失基因的功能,以期为ASFV基因的研究提供借鉴。African swine fever virus(ASFV)is a large double-stranded DNA virus with icosahedral multilayer structure and a large genome encoding a variety of proteins,the function of most of the genes is not fully understood.One of the commonly used methods to study ASFV is to knock out single or multiple genes to study gene function and the interaction between different genes.This paper reviewed the changes in cellular adaptability,in vitro replication ability and cytokine expression of ASFV after different gene knockout in recent years,as well as the differences between different gene deletion viruses and parent strains in the pathogenicity of infected cells and infected animals,the immune response after inoculation of animals,etc.,and summarized the functions of each deletion gene,in order to provide reference for the study of ASFV gene.
