一例兔外周神经鞘瘤的诊治

摘　　要：2022年3月一只4岁家兔因右后肢趾间长出一肿块来东北农业大学动物临床教学医院就诊,视诊可见病兔右后肢第一趾及第二趾间有一肿块,触感坚实,位于皮肤下。经评估进行外科手术切除,术后病兔恢复良好。切除的肿瘤为多个大小为1.5 cm×1.5 cm×1.0 cm~2.5 cm×2.2 cm×2.0 cm团块,各团块触感坚实,切面为白色至黄白色。肿瘤组织中细胞与纤维呈束状或波状排列,部分区域可见漩涡样构造,细胞呈梭状,细胞核呈卵圆形或纺锤形,与纤维组织混杂交织,确诊为外周神经鞘瘤。In March 2022,a 4-year-old rabbit was sent to the Animal Clinical Teaching Hospital of Northeast Agricultural University for treatment due to a lump between the toes of his right hind limb.Inspection showed a lump between the first and second toes of the right hind limb of the sick rabbit,which was firm to the touch and located under the skin.Surgical excision was performed after evaluation;the rabbit recovered well after surgery.The resected tumor was multiple clumps of 1.5 cm×1.5 cm×1.0 cm to 2.5 cm×2.2 cm×2.0 cm in size;the clumps were firm to the touch and had a white to yellowish white facet.The cells and fibers in the tumor tissue were arranged in bundles or waves,and swirl-like structures could be seen in some areas;the cells were spindle-shaped,and the nucleus was oval or spindle-shaped,which was mixed and intertwined with the fibrous tissue.The diagnosis confirmed it as peripheral nerve sheath tumor.
