摘　　要：国际形势的变化推动全球产供链进入加速重构的新阶段,面对外部环境的变化,日本企业通过开展对外直接投资强化在全球布局的同时,还积极推动投资结构的多元化,努力在海外布局与本土布局间实现平衡。通过全球布局来平衡越来越大的经济增长压力、提升产业链供应链安全水平以及增强国际竞争力,是日本企业调整全球布局的重要推动力。日本企业全球布局的调整在助推日本经济复苏的同时,还增强了日本企业参与全球竞争的能力,加速了区域生产网络的重构。日本是全球第二大对外直接投资国,作为全球生产网络的重要参与者,日本企业全球布局的调整必然会给包括亚洲生产网络在内的全球生产网络带来冲击,需要密切关注并积极应对。Changes of the international situation have pushed the global industrial chain and supply chain into a new stage of accelerated reconstruction.Facing external changes,Japanese enterprises have strengthened their global layout by carrying out foreign direct investment,and at the same time actively promoted the diversification of investment structure and strived to achieve a balance between overseas layout and local layout.Through global layout,thereby balancing the growing pressure of growth,improving the safety level of industrial chain and supply chain and enhancing international competitiveness are important driving forces for the global layout of Japanese enterprises.The adjustment of the global layout of Japanese enterprises not only boosts the economic recovery of Japan,but also enhances the ability of Japanese enterprises to participate in global competition and accelerates the process of regional production network reconstruction.Japan is the second largest outward foreign direct investment country in the world,and as an important participant in the global production network,the adjustment of the global layout of Japanese enterprises will inevitably bring impact to the Asian production network as well as the global production network,which needs close attention and active response.
