摘 要:为了提高氧化石墨烯(GO)在聚乳酸(PLA)中的分散性,改善PLA的耐冲击性能,作者利用悬浮聚合法,以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为键桥,将GO表面分别与聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(HPBA)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯单甲醚(MPBA)接枝,成功制备了纳米复合材料,并采用多种表征手段对材料进行了分析测试。结果表明:利用TDI成功合成了表面的异氰酸酯化的GO(iGO),GO层间距由0.85 nm增加到1.19 nm,其在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中的分散性显著提高。实验所得3种纳米复合材料(iGO-HPBA、iGO-PBA和iGO-MPBA)中,PBA在iGO表面的接枝量最多,iGO-PBA的层间距增加到1.34 nm;试样iGO-HPBA在300℃以下的耐热性好,而试样iGO-MPBA和iGO-PBA的综合耐热性好,3种试样均能够满足PLA熔融共混改性的需要。To improve the dispersion of graphene oxide(GO)in polylactic acid(PLA)and greatly improve the impact resistance of PLA,in this paper,nanocomposites were successfully prepared with grafted polybutylene adipate(PBA),polybutylene adipate diol(HPBA)and polybutylene adipate monomethyl ether(MPBA)using toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI)as a bonding bridge.And the products were analyzed and tested by various characterization methods.The results showed that the isocyanatization of GO surface(iGO)was successfully achieved by TDI,and the GO layer spacing was increased from 0.85 nm to 1.19 nm,and its dispersion in DMF was significantly improved.Among the three nanocomposites obtained from the experiments(iGO-HPBA,iGO-PBA,and iGO-MPBA),the amount of PBA grafted on the surface of iGO was more,and its layer spacing increased again to 1.34 nm.The heat resistance of specimen iGO-HPBA was better below 300℃,while the combined heat resistance of specimens iGO-MPBA and iGO-PBA was better,and all the three specimens were able to meet the needs of PLA melt blending modification.
