摘  要:随着高速铁路建设的快速发展,动车组关键部件的检修质量和效率成为保障铁路运输安全与高效运行的关键因素。针对当前动车组部分关键部件检修质量依赖检修人员经验和技术水平、大规模批量检修质量难以保障的问题,本文以制动夹钳为例研究了基于增强现实(AR)技术的高铁动车组关键部件自主修质量管控系统,利用AR沉浸式交互与物联网技术,实时采集检修数据提供精准指导,结合数字孪生,实现检修质量与异常的可视化管理。研究表明该系统可有效降低检修作业对人工经验的依赖,提高了检修质量和效率,具备推广至其他动车组关键部件及轨道交通领域的条件,有望成为推动高铁检修智能化升级的重要力量,有着较强的示范意义和市场拓展前景。With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction,the maintenance quality and efficiency of key components of EMU trains have become crucial factors in ensuring the safety and efficient operation of railway transportation.Addressing the current issues of relying heavily on the experience and technical proficiency of maintenance personnel for some key components,and the difficulty in ensuring the quality of large-scale batch maintenance,this paper studies an autonomous quality control system for key components of high-speed railway EMU trains based on augmented reality(AR)technology,using the brake caliper as an example.Leveraging AR immersive interaction and Internet of Things(IoT)technology,the system collects real-time maintenance data to provide precise guidance,and integrates digital twins to achieve visual management of maintenance quality and anomalies.Research indicates that this system can effectively reduce the reliance on human experience in maintenance operations,enhance maintenance quality and efficiency,and is poised for extension to other key components of EMU trains and the rail transportation sector.It is expected to become a significant force driving the intelligent upgrade of high-speed railway maintenance,with strong demonstrative significance and market expansion prospects.
