摘 要:针对目前行业内对爬架防坠摆块抗冲击性能检测方法不够完善的问题,提出了一种模拟真实工况的抗冲击性能检测方法,即利用势能等效原理,将爬架架体在坠落触发高度的重力势能等效为小重量冲击块在有效实验高度的重力势能,通过自由落体将势能转化为动能,冲击待检测的防坠摆块。基于本方法,设计开发了由冲击结构、载荷传递结构、导向支撑结构、底架固定结构组成的抗冲击性能检测装置,通过冲击结构提升和释放小重量冲击块模拟爬架架体的坠落情景,通过载荷传递结构、导向支撑结构以及底架固定结构将冲击载荷传递给防坠摆块,模拟真实工况下防坠摆块承受载荷冲击的过程。依托实际工程数据进行实验检测,验证了本检测方法的科学性和实用性,为其他相关实验检测提供了借鉴和参考。Aiming at the problem of insufficient testing methods for the impact resistance of anti-fall blocks in self-climbing scaffolds,a method for testing impact resistance by simulating real working conditions has been proposed.This method uses the principle of potential energy equivalence,equating the gravitational potential energy of the falling climbing scaffold to that of a small impact block at an effective experimental height,the potential energy is converted into kinetic energy through free fall,impacting the anti-fall blocks to be tested.Based on this method,a new impact testing device has been developed.The impact testing device consists of an impact structure,a load transfer structure,a guiding support structure and a chassis fixing structure.The falling scenario of the climbing scaffold is simulated by lifting and releasing a small weighted impact block through the impact structure.The impact load is transferred to the anti-fall blocks through the load transfer structure,guiding support structure and chassis fixing structure.Simulating the process of the anti-fall blocks receiving load impact under real working conditions.Experimental testing based on real engineering data has proven that the proposed method is scientific and practical,providing reference and guidance for other related experimental tests.
