摘 要:基于中国标准和欧洲标准,对铁路轨道设计中钢轨断面选型、定尺长、材质等级和结构计算等相关钢轨设计进行了对比分析。结果表明:中欧标准下同重量等级工字型钢轨的断面质量、断面积、惯性矩等参数比较接近,可在铁路项目上替代选用;中国标准明确了钢轨定尺长,欧洲标准对钢轨定尺长无明确要求;中国标准常用的U71Mn钢轨材质和欧洲标准常用的R260钢轨材质的物理力学性能参数基本一致;中国标准对钢轨材质选用区分铁路等级及运营条件进行了细化规定,欧洲标准则未明确区分不同铁路等级选用钢轨的原则;中国标准和欧洲标准对钢轨结构计算原理基本一致,按欧洲标准计算时速度影响系数取值小于中国标准,同等条件下采用中国标准计算得出钢轨轨底的动弯应力大于采用欧标计算结果,说明采用中国标准计算钢轨结构偏于安全。Based on the Chinese standard and the European standard,this paper makes a comparative analysis of rail design in railway track design,such as rail section selection,length determination,material grade and structural calculation.The results show that the parameters such as section mass,section area and moment of inertia of the same weight grade I-shaped rail are similar for the Chinese and European standard,which can be used in railway projects instead.The Chinese standard defines the rail length,while the European standard has no clear requirement for the rail length.The physical and mechanical property parameters of U71Mn rail material commonly used in Chinese standard are basically the same as those of R260 rail material commonly used in European standard.The Chinese standard makes detailed provisions on the selection of rail materials to distinguish railway grades and operating conditions,while the European standard does not clearly distinguish different railway properties.The calculation principle of the rail structure is basically the same between the Chinese standard and the European standard.The velocity influence coefficient calculated according to the European standard is smaller than that of the Chinese standard.Under the same conditions,the dynamic bending stress of the rail bottom calculated by the Chinese standard is greater than that calculated by the European standard,indicating that the calculation of rail structure by Chinese standard is biased towards safety.
