摘　　要：以一国货币作为世界主要储备货币和国际结算货币,执行世界货币的职能,本身就潜藏了全球金融危机隐患和掠夺世界财富的剥削机制。以主动作为的高通货膨胀和高负债为特征的货币体系,使货币帝国长期呈现消费主义、外贸逆差和大量吸收外资并存的局面,该国亦得以在这种特殊的货币环流格局中成为食利国。面对复杂多变的国际金融局势,中国需要加强自身金融监管,降低受国际金融危机波及的风险。中国推行人民币国际化,是以人类命运共同体为理念,倡导构建公平公正的国际经济体系。中国离岸人民币的“货币—资产”环流体系,以及具有不可冻结、不可没收等安全特质的数字人民币区块链中心货币,是克服货币霸权剥削的两种方法。The practice of taking a country's currency as the world's main reserve currency and the international settlement currency to perform the world currency function itself contains the hidden danger of global financial crises ainnfdla ttihoen eaxnpdlo hitiagthio dne mbte tchhaat nairsem p orof apclutinvdeelyr ipnugs thheed w uopr,ld h'sa sw aelaloltwh.e Tdh teh ec ucrurrernecnyc ys yesmtepmire,cthoa froarcmte trhizee pda bttye rhnig ohf coexistence of consumerism,foreign trade deficits,and a large amount of attracted foreign investment for a iong time,and the country has also been able to become a rentier state in this special monetary circulation pattern.In the face of the complex and volatile international financial situation,China needs to strengthen its financial supervision.China's internationalization of the renminbi is based on the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and China advocates the building of a fair and just international economic system.The"currency-asset"circulation system of China's offshore renminbi and the digital renminbi as blockchain central currency with security features such as non-freezable and non-forfeiture are two ways to overcome the exploitation of currency hegemony.
