基于中医护理理论的三位一体管理模式干预在中医内科门诊护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析基于中医护理理论的三位一体管理模式干预在中医内科门诊护理中的应用效果。方法以2022年8月至2023年8月就诊于江苏大学附属医院中医内科门诊的94例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其纳入对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+基于中医护理理论的三位一体管理模式干预),各47例。比较2组的满意率、不良事件发生率及焦虑评分。结果观察组的就医环境和流程总满意率、医疗服务总满意率、护理服务总满意率和总体服务总满意率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的状态焦虑分量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的特质焦虑分量表与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于中医护理理论的三位一体管理模式干预能够缓解中医内科门诊患者当下的焦虑情绪,降低不良事件发生率,提升满意率。Objective To analyze the application effect of the trinity management mode intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory in outpatient nursing of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine.Methods Ninety-four patients treated in the traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly assigned to a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(conventional nursing and trinity management mode intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory)using a random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The satisfaction rate,incidence of adverse events,and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared.Results The overall satisfaction rates of medical environment and procedures,medical services,nursing services,and overall services in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of state anxiety subscale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the trait anxiety subscale between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The trinity management mode intervention based on traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory can alleviate the anxiety of the outpatient patients of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the satisfaction rates.
