摘 要:由于支路功率超过传输线路容量,输电网线路在部分时段会出现传输阻塞问题。随着需求侧资源和分布式能源大量接入配电网,协同调度输电网与配电网中的可控资源解决输电阻塞问题成为可能。首先,面向需求侧响应资源零散不易协商补偿价格的问题,提出了基于配电网灵活性资源动态整合的输配协同双层优化阻塞调度策略;其次,该策略下输电网层以阻塞费用最小为目标,通过优化得到发电机组的调整方案及节点电价,再通过主动配电网层负荷特性及节点电价对配电网灵活性资源进行动态整合,输配协同解决阻塞问题;最后,基于改造IEEE-39试验系统,仿真验证了该策略的有效性。Due to the power of branch exceeds the capacity limit of the transmission line,there will be congestion problems in the transmission line in some periods.With large of demand side resources and distributed energy mass access to the distribution network,it is possible to coordinate the controllable resources in transmission network and distribution network to solve the transmission congestion problem.Facing the problem that the demand side resources are scattered and it is difficult to negotiate the compensation price,a two-layer transmission and distribution cooperative congestion dispatch strategy with the dynamic integration of flexible resources in distribution network is proposed.In this strategy,the optimization objective of transmission network layer is to minimize the congestion cost,and the adjustment scheme and node price of the generators are optimized.According to the load characteristics and node price on distribution network layer,the flexible resources are integrated dynamically.An experiment is conduceted based on the modified IEEE-39 system and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified.
