摘　　要：涉铁路线路类案件具有复杂性、规律性、特定性、团伙性、多样性等特征,当前该类案件在侦查资源、侦查对象以及侦查机制层面存在诸多困境。为进一步提升涉铁路线路类案件侦查治理水平,增强主动侦查的战斗力,铁路公安机关应在完善智慧警务、推动路地融合、深化警民共建、加强队伍建设等方面优化部署,切实提升案件侦破率,保障线路安全稳定,为“平安铁路”现代化发展打下坚实基础。The railway-related crime is characterized by complexity,regularity,specificality,gang crime and diversity.Such cases are difficult to deal with at the level of investigative resources,investigative targets and investigative mechanisms.In order to further enhance the management level of railway-related cases and the active investigation capability of railway police,the railway public security agency should optimize the smart policing,the integration of railway and local police,the cooperation of the police and the community,the team building,etc.It will ensure the safety and stability of the railway lines,and lay a solid foundation for the modernization of“Safe Rail”.
