基于溶液染色法显现潜血指纹的比较研究

摘　　要：潜血指纹作为暴力犯罪现场的重要物证之一,如何高效显现一直是法庭科学研究者和刑事技术人员关注的焦点。基于溶液染色法制备三种显现试剂(氨基黑10B、亮绿SF和考马斯亮蓝G250),用于显现A4纸张、信封纸、陶瓷、玻璃和铝箔纸等客体上的潜血指纹。比对研究三种染色试剂对不同客体和不同遗留时间潜血指纹的显现效果,并采用国际通行的指纹质量评价标准对显现效果进行评判,氨基黑10B和亮绿SF显现效果评分都在3分以上,考马斯亮蓝G250次之。其中对于A4纸张、信封纸和陶瓷等客体,考马斯亮蓝G250表现较差,遗留时间因素对潜血指纹显现效果的影响不明显。通过此研究可在不同客体上的潜血指纹显现中用于选配染色试剂,从而为案件侦破提供技术支撑。For the latent blood fingerprint is one important material evidence at violent crime scenes,forensic science researchers and crime scene technicians make efforts to efficiently develop it.Three solutions(Amino black 10B,bright green SF and Coomassie bright blue G250)are prepared and used to develop the latent blood fingerprints on A4 copying paper,envelope paper,ceramics,glass,aluminum foil paper and other objects.Comparing the developing effect of the latent fingerprints on different objects at different remaining time by the above three solutions,according to the international evaluation standards of fingerprint quality,Amino black 10B and Bright green SF both score above 3 points,better than Coomassie bright blue G250.The latter performs poorly for the prints on copying paper,envelope paper and ceramics,and insensitive to the remaining time.The study provides technical support for investigation by identifying the optimal staining reagents for blood latent fingerprint on different objects.
