摘  要:系统电磁脉冲是X射线、伽马射线产生的二次辐射效应,通过在作用目标系统周围激励出瞬态电磁场/电流进而造成电子学系统失效。自20世纪70年代以来,研究人员对系统电磁脉冲的产生机理、效应特点进行了大量研究,形成了一系列理论分析方法与专用数值模拟程序。然而,受限于系统电磁脉冲所涉及物理过程的复杂性,目前仍难以实现其毁伤效果的定量分析,已经成为抗辐射加固领域的短板问题。为此,本文综述了系统电磁脉冲的基本物理过程与分类方法,按外部系统电磁脉冲、腔体系统电磁脉冲、线缆系统电磁脉冲、电路盒系统电磁脉冲等不同类型,分别从建模方法、已形成专用数值模拟程序的功能与特点等方面介绍了国内外系统电磁脉冲理论研究的进展。结果表明,除电路盒系统电磁脉冲外,国内外数值模拟采用的技术路线较明确。国内发展的模拟能力基本可实现自主程序替代,但在未来的研究中,需要进一步加强专用模拟程序的集成以及模型校验,以更好地应用于系统电磁脉冲对实际电子学系统干扰/毁伤效能的评估。System generated electromagnetic pulse(SGEMP)is a secondary radiation effect produced by X-ray and gamma rays,which excites transient electromagnetic field and current around electronic systems and then causes damage to components and system failure.Since 1970s,researchers have done a lot of research on the generation mechanism and effect characteristics of SGEMP,and formed a series of analysis methods and specialized numerical simulation codes.However,due to the complexity of the physical process involved in SGEMP,it is still difficult to realize the quantitative analysis of its damage,which has become a short board problem in the field of radiation reinforcement.In this paper,the basic physical process and classification of SGEMP are summarized.According to different types(external,internal,cable and box IEMP),the theoretical research progress of SGEMP at home and abroad is introduced from the aspects of modeling methods,functions and characteristics of specialized numerical simulation codes.The results show that the technical route used in numerical simulation at home and abroad is clear except box IEMP.The simulation capability developed in China can basically be used to realize autonomous.However,in the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the integration of specialized simulation codes and model verification,so as to better apply it to the evaluation of the damage of SGEMP to actual electronic systems.
