摘  要:针对陶粒泡沫混凝土作为轻质隔墙板材料时,其存在早期强度低、收缩变形大的缺点,提出一种基于硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥(OPC-CSA)复合胶凝体系,同时联用动物蛋白发泡剂、混凝土增稠剂及聚丙烯纤维共同制备页岩陶粒泡沫混凝土。通过开展不同复合胶凝体系陶粒泡沫混凝土干表观密度、力学性能及软化系数测定规律研究,并探讨了OPC-CSA复合胶凝体系及纤维对干燥收缩、导热系数的影响规律;同时结合电镜扫描(SEM)及CT扫描技术从微细观角度探究了OPC-CSA复合胶凝体系对陶粒泡沫混凝土孔泡结构特征的影响。结果表明:在标准养护环境条件下,以硅酸盐和8%快硬性硫铝酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,50%陶粒体积掺量,0.28水胶比的OPC-CSA复合胶凝体系轻质页岩陶粒泡沫混凝土具有极佳性能,其干密度为723 kg/m^(3),28 d抗压强度为4.36 MPa,干燥收缩率为2528μm/m,导热系数为0.23 W/(m·K)。采用OPC-CSA复合胶凝体系制备的陶粒泡沫混凝土,具有较快的水化速度,较高的早强期强度,有效降低了陶粒泡沫混凝土有害孔数量和孔径,提高了软化系数,具备良好的保温隔热和抗收缩性能。Due to the lightweight foam concrete as the material of light composite board not only bulk density is generally high but also has no obvious strength improvement.Therefore,a composite cementitious system of volcanic ash cement-sulphoaluminate cement(OPC-CSA)was explored,and foam concrete was prepared by mixing shale ceramsite,river sand,animal protein foaming agent,thickener and polypropylene fiber.To research the dry bulk density and mechanical properties of concrete,the basic mix proportion conditions and the composite cementitious of materials conditions were designed.On this basis,the optimal mix ratio was obtained,and the drying shrinkage and thermal conductivity were evaluated.The microscopic perspective and pore structure characteristics of OPC-CSA composite cementitious foam concrete were studied by combining scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and CT scanning technology.The results show that in the standard maintenance,the ceramsite foamed concrete was prepared by adding volcanic ash cement and mixing 8%aluminum sulphoaluminate cement,the 0.5 volume of ceramsite,the water cement ratio of 0.28.The key performance indexes of this foamed concrete with dry bulk density of 723 kg/m^(3),the compressive strength of 4.36 MPa,the drying shrinkage rate of 2528μm/m,the thermal conductivity of 0.23 W/(m·K).Ceramsite foam concrete prepared by OPC-CSA had a fast hydration speed,obvious increase in strength,which effectively reduced the number of harmful pores and pore size of ceramic foam concrete,and improved softening coefficient.It has a good thermal insulation and shrinkage resistance.
