摘 要:基于某大型购物中心,对CFRP加固再生混凝土进行了应用研究。结果表明:采用CFRP嵌贴方法可以使黏结性能良好的体现出来,嵌贴段的锚固作用得到更好发挥。滑移随着嵌贴长度的增加而减小,界面的黏结性随之增加。框架梁、次梁宽度均为252 mm,把厚、宽分别为0.112 mm、202 mm的碳纤维片材沿梁底粘贴2层,锚固采用的是宽度为105 mm的纵向碳纤维片材。加固操作是利用碳纤维来完成的,在此之后购物中心大楼的整体性能得到改善,梁承载能力、刚度、横向整体性均有较大幅度的提升,加固效果达到预期。相对应变校验系数已经确定,为0.664,挠度校验系数为0.841,挠度校验系数高出应变校验系数29.67%,碳纤维加固对大楼承载力的提高具有很大作用。Based on a large shopping center,and studies the application of CFRP reinforced recycled concrete in its structural design.The results show that the CFRP embedding method can improve the interface bonding performance,and the embedding section plays an anchoring role.The longer the embedding section is,the smaller the slip,and the stronger the interface bonding.The width of the engineering frame beam and the secondary beam are both 252 mm.Two layers of 0.112 mm thick and 202 mm wide carbon fiber sheets are pasted along the bottom of the beam,and longitudinal carbon fiber sheet strips with a width of 105 mm are used for anchoring.After using carbon fiber for reinforcement,the load-bearing capacity,stiffness,and lateral integrity of the beams in the commercial shopping center building have been greatly improved,showing significant reinforcement effects.The relative strain verification coefficient is 0.664,the deflection verification coefficient is 0.841,and the deflection verification coefficient is 29.67%higher than the strain verification coefficient.Carbon fiber plays a significant role in improving the bearing capacity of commercial shopping center buildings.
