摘  要:为探究复合石灰石粉-尾矿混合砂混凝土中不同掺合料对其基本力学性能的影响,对配合比优化后的复合石灰石粉-尾矿混合砂混凝土为基准,以抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度作为表征参数,分析复合石灰石粉-尾矿混合砂混凝土中尾矿混合砂、辅助胶凝材料(石灰石粉、矿渣及粉煤灰)、辅助胶凝材料中石灰石粉掺量以及尾矿混合砂中石灰石粉的含量对其基本力学性能的影响,并建立复合石灰石粉-尾矿混合砂混凝土强度随龄期级石灰石粉掺量发展的二参数预测模型。研究结果表明:尾矿混合砂能对复合石灰石粉-尾矿混合砂混凝土各龄期的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度都有一定的提升作用,幅度分别约为10%、8%、11%。辅助胶凝材料的加入使得混凝土早期的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度有明显的下降,后期会逐渐提升。随着辅助胶凝材料中石灰石粉的增加,混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度先增加后下降,而增加机制砂中的石灰石粉的含量能提高混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及抗折强度。建立复合石灰石粉—尾矿混合砂混凝土的强度预测模型,将拟合值与试验值对比发现预测模型精度较高。In order to explore the influence of different additives on the basic mechanical properties of the composite limestone powder-tailings mixed sand concrete,the tailings mixed sand,auxiliary cementitious materials,and the tailings mixed sand concrete in the composite limestone powder-tailings mixed sand concrete are analyzed based on the optimized mix ratio and taking the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and folding strength as the characterizing parameters.The influence of limestone powder content in auxiliary cementitious material and limestone powder content in tailings mixed sand on its basic mechanical properties was studied.Based on the classical research model,a two-parameter prediction model was established to predict the concrete strength of composite limestone powder-tailings mixed sand along with the development of age-grade limestone powder content.The results show that tailings mixed sand can improve the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of limestone powder-tailings mixed sand concrete at different ages by about 10%,8%and 11%respectively.With the addition of auxiliary cementitious material,the early compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete decrease significantly,and then increase gradually.With the increase of limestone powder in auxiliary cementitious material,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete first increase and then decrease.Increasing the content of limestone powder in manufactured sand can improve the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete.Establish the strength prediction model of composite limestone powder-tailings mixed sand concrete.Comparing the fitting value with the test value,it is found that the prediction model has high precision.
