从“两个结合”深刻把握铸牢中华民族共同体意识重大理论创新

摘　　要：铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为新时代党的民族工作的主线、作为民族地区各项工作的主线,造就了一个有机统一的文化共同体、民族共同体,赋能中华民族伟大复兴,是对21世纪历史唯物主义理论发展的原创性贡献,是“两个结合”的典范。一方面,从辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义,特别是从习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论科学分析中华民族五千多年的交往交流交融史这个“中国具体实际”,阐明了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的科学性和价值性,从根源上讲明了中华民族共同体的物质性和客观实在性。既有重大的理论创新,也避免陷入三重“困境”,即共同体理论唯心史观窠臼困境、“只讲民族之分,不讲民族之融;只讲差异性,不讲共同性”困境和“为少数人服务”困境。另一方面,深刻汲取中华优秀传统文化精髓,充分体现了中华文明的突出特性,拓展了马克思主义民族理论中国化时代化更加宏阔深远的历史纵深,赋予了中华优秀传统文化时代的活力和魅力。The concept of the“Two Combinations”refers to an integration of Marxist principles with China’s concrete reality as well as its excellent traditional culture.This study argues that the theory of“fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation”is a model of the“Two Combinations”.Breaking it down,the“first combination”can be defined as a scientific analysis of the“Chinese concrete reality”and the region’s 5,000-year history of communication,interaction,and integration,leading to the establishment of the Chinese nation,viewed through the lenses of dialectical and historical materialism,particularly from the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.This theory has clarified a scientific basis and intrinsic value of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,explained material and objective realities underpinning the community of the Chinese nation,and laid a solid theoretical foundation for a coherent perspective on the state,history,country,culture,and religion.It represents a significant theoretical innovation while avoiding a triple dilemma:Firstly,starting from the materialist view of history,it insists on the first nature of social existence to circumvent idealistic interpretations of the history of community theories.Secondly,it scientifically reveals the historical facts of the cultural integration,economic interdependence,and emotional familiarity among all ethnic groups in China,to prevent focusing solely on dissimilarities and not commonalities.Thirdly,it conceivably clarifies the subjectivity,power source,and value interest of the development of the community of the Chinese nation,to decidedly avoid the dilemma of“serving for the minority”.The“second combination”can be described by a“high degree of compatibility”between Marxist principles and excellent traditional Chinese culture,enhancing the latter’s vitality and charm.To illustrate,this combination deeply outlines the dialect
