摘　　要：有效的PCT(专利合作条约)专利布局,能够提升农药企业国际市场上的地位和竞争力,增强抵御市场风险的能力。选取2003—2023年农药行业的PCT申请作为研究对象,综合分析申请概况、申请人、技术领域、同族分布以及法律状态,对比主要国家地区专利趋势特点,旨在以国际视角深入剖析农药行业的专利态势,为中国农药行业在全球专利的申请与布局方面提供有益参考。Effective PCT(Patent Cooperation Treaty)patent layout can enhance the status and competitivenes of pesticide companies in the international market and strengthen their ability to resist market risks.PCT applications in the pesticide industry from 2003 to 2023 were selected as the research object.The application profile,applicants,technical fields,distribution of the same family and legal status were comprehensively analyzed,and the patent trend characteristics of major countries and regions were compared.The purpose is to deeply analyze the patent situation of the pesticide industry from an international perspective and provide a useful reference for the Chinese pesticide industry in the application and layout of global patents.
