摘　　要：通过对分散剂、润湿剂及其他助剂的筛选,制备15%阿维菌素·溴氰虫酰胺悬浮剂(SC)。其优先配方为:阿维菌素3%、溴氰虫酰胺12%、BHT 1%、80702%、GY-S072%、1020P 1%、GY-W071%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝2%、丙二醇3%、消泡剂0.5%、柠檬酸0.2%、卡松0.1%、水补足100%。该制剂在pH为6.0~7.0条件下热储和冷储,均无析水、分层及结块等现象,悬浮率达到98%以上,产品各项指标符合SC的质量技术指标要求。田间药效试验结果表明,药效优于2单剂。Abamectin·cyantraniliprole 15%SC was prepared by screening dispersants,wetting agents and other additives.The preferred formula was:abamectin 3%,cyantraniliprole 12%,BHT 1%,80702%,GY-S072%,1020P 1%,GY-W071%,xanthan gum 0.2%,magnesium aluminum silicate 2%,propylene glycol 3%,defoamer 0.5%,citric acid 0.2%,kathon 0.1%,water supplement 100%.Under the condition of pH 6.0-7.0,during heat storage and cold storage,this preparation had no phenomena such as water precipitation,stratification and caking.The suspension rate reached more than 98%,and all indicators of the product met the quality and technical index requirements of SC.The results of field efficacy trials showed that the efficacy was better than that of the two single doses.
