摘 要:在避雨葡萄上开展了6种化学农药和2种生物药剂对葡萄白粉病的防效试验,并同时根据GB23200.113—2018推荐的方法监测了葡萄中的农药残留量。结果表明,在供试药剂中,以400 g/L氯氟醚菌唑SC 2000倍液和250 g/L戊唑醇EW 2000倍液处理对葡萄白粉病的防效表现最为突出,而2种生物农药2%大黄素甲醚水WG 1000倍液和1%蛇床子素SL 1000倍液防效不佳。在所检测的葡萄样品中的农药残留量中,除氯氟醚菌唑尚未有最大残留限量国家标准外,其他几种供试药剂在规定的安全间隔期内均符合GB2763最大残留限量标准要求。Six chemical pesticides and two biofungicides were tested for their efficacy against grape powdery mildew on rain-sheltered grapes,and the pesticide residues in grapes were monitored according to the method recommended by GB23200.113—2018.The results showed that among the tested pesticides,2000 times diluted fluconazole 400 g/L SC and 2000 times diluted tebuconazole 250 g/L EW showed the most outstanding efficacy against grape powdery mildew,while 1000 times diluted physcion 2%WG and 1000 times diluted osthole 1%SL of two biopesticides showed poor efficacy.Among the pesticide residues in the tested grape samples,except for mefentrifluconazol,which has no national standard for maximum residue limits,the other tested pesticides all met the requirements of the GB2763 maximum residue limit standard within the specified safety interval.
