摘  要:建立了分光光度分析方法测定草铵膦副产物氯化铵中微量草铵膦含量。利用氨基酸的α-NH_(2)和茚三酮溶液在一定条件下可以生成蓝紫色物质的反应原理,通过对草铵膦副产氯化铵进行处理去除其中铵根离子,草铵膦的α-NH_(2)与茚三酮显色反应检测草铵膦含量。结果表明,该方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991,回收率范围95.48%~101.29%,标准偏差0.16%,变异系数3.56%。所建立方法能够用于草铵膦副产物氯化铵中的微量草铵膦检测分析。A spectrophotometric method was established to determine the trace amount of glufosinate-ammonium in ammonium chloride,a byproduct of glufosinate-ammonium.Based on the reaction principle that the α-NH_(2)of amino acids and ninhydrin solution can generate a blue-violet substance under certain conditions,the ammonium ions in the byproduct ammonium chloride of glufosinate-ammonium were removed by treatment,and the content of glufosinate-ammonium was detected through the color reaction of the α-NH_(2)of glufosinate-ammonium with ninhydrin.The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991,a recovery range of 95.48%-101.29%,a standard deviation of 0.16%,and a coefficient of variation of 3.56%.The established method can be used for the detection and analysis of trace amounts of glufosinate-ammonium in ammonium chloride,a byproduct of glufosinate-ammonium.
